Oh my I have been so busy I almost forgot how much i have missed summer.. Life is just 238,492,938,478,333 times better. There is sooo much more to do! Having baya this summer is going to be so much fun. The reduced laundry piles, the numerous free activities, and of course the soaking up of some good old vitamin D. It's already been a blast and it is only the beginning!
MY CURRENT LIST FOR SUMMER:
- get into law school (if so.. then list is MUCH longer)
- go to the temple as much as possible
- 3 weddings
- brookgreen garden picnics (one of my favorite places, especially in the spring)
- many beach/pool days
- Continue Heritage Makers business
- zoo
- celebrate 2 years of marriage
- tons of birthdays
- wrap it up celebrating my baby girls first birthday
- i am sure i'm forgetting stuff lol
Baya is just about six months now(holy cow!!!), she has tried almost all single veggies and fruits. I have found that she is not a fan of peas lol.. can't blame her. I intend on doing a little rice cereal in the morning and evening, half jar fruit and half jar veggie a day until she is at least 7-8 months. That's my plan, but we all know that usually changes. Baya is still sleeping with us but for some reason i have a feeling that is going to end soon.. she doesn't seem to want us as much while she is sleeping.. it's mostly mommy's separation anxiety now hehe. She is actually going through this phase where she wants to fight sleep a lot. It's funny because Baya will literally be dead tired, like her eyes are barely even open but she will NOT give in! The good news is she doesn't get grumpy when she's doing it, she is actually more smiley and silly... she must just be delusional haha. Eventually she passes out though, i usually have to rub her arms and legs softly and that will do the trick after a bit lol. She is not quite sitting on her own yet, but it seems like she is so close to crawling (unfortunately). She easily gets up on her knees but just doesn't know what to do from there, so i am assuming one day she is just gonna do it ... i am not ready!!!
