I know He lives because daily I rely on Him so deeply. I don't have words adequate enough to express the gratitude I have for what He has done for me. 20 years I went without turning to Him and now that I know about Him and have Him.. I don't ever want to go back. I am nothing without Him. He is real. As real as my heart beating right now. He is with me everyday. Even when I didn't know Him, He knew me and I was still never alone. And because of that I can keep going. Because He lives my family is eternal. I am better. I am stronger. I am happy. I am me. I am grateful for my knowledge and testimony.
Can you imagine what it would be like if the world shared a message like Easter EVERYDAY!?! If everyone shared their beliefs as much as they do on holidays?! I bet the world would be a bit sweeter.
This year we spent time with our families of course. The kids woke up to the traditional Easter basket with little goodies.. we did not go all out by any means. We had an egg hunt for them after naps. We watched general conference and the uplifting messages from the prophet and church leaders. We had a great dinner at my parent's house. And after the kids were completely sugared-out and miserable we brought them home to bed lol.
