2012

As the years go by I try and recap a little and to remember these crazy awesome times in our lives.
So here it is :)

Brett finished his first year of law school and summer interning in myrtle beach. He is now half way done school and doing really well! His calling is the ward clerk. He is secretary for the JRCLS, he has a work study job at school, he does research for a local attorney, he is on the international law journal, not to mention his normal class load, being an amazing father to two beautiful young kids, and still finding plenty of time to love his proud and grateful wife. :)
I can't say that my list is as long.... I have been blessed with staying home and raising my children. We welcomed our first son on may 10th. I have been adjusting and staying busy with my two wonderful kiddos. Growing as a mother, spouse, and child of god.
Bay has grown tremendously... she has gone from saying one word a time to paragraphs! She has learned so much! Numbers, colors, shapes, letters, emotions, and incredibly so much more! she runs around and plays with friends like a big girl now and she has the sweetest little heart. She went through a ruff patch of being "meaner" to kids her age but we have moved on and she over came it. She really hasn't gotten sick much this year.. just a stuffy nose occasionally. She has just been nothing other than a joy and a pleasure in our lives.
Ever is the new-be this year lol. He is now 7 months old and has gone through his own challenges but he sure is a ball of boy! He started life off with a milk protein and soy allergy.. luckily he has outgrown it. Poor thing has been battling a lovely ear infection the past month, but this kid is so happy you could never tell! He is so lovable and squeezable and I hope that never changes. He is on his way to learning how to walk and will soon enough be driving his sister crazy! lol

We have been busy and having fun for the last month back in myrtle beach, but now it is time to get back to reality (I don't know if I consider naples, fl reality lol). No more baby sitters at the drop of a hat, no more breakfast lunch and dinner cooked for us, no more shopping trips with mom.... I'm slightly sad but I love being on our own too. I get to schedule my kids properly and get back into our routines. We are just so grateful for our families and everything they do for us!

We have another exciting year ahead of us with many things to look forward to.. this Branham family doesn't like to keep things boring for long. WE WILL BE GOING FROM FOUR TO FIVE IN JULY. Yup, bay will be a big sis again and ever will be a big brother :) I can't say enough how blessed we are.
